Grapeseed Oil

A lightweight oil that absorbs easily and helps leave the skin feeling soft and smooth without a heavy, greasy finish.

Avocado Oil

A rich, conditioning oil that helps nourish and soften dry-feeling skin.

Sunflower Oil

A lightweight moisturizing oil that helps maintain softness and supports a smooth-looking glow.

Vitamin E

Helps condition the skin and supports a soft, moisturized appearance.

Fragrance

Each Brooks Skin body oil is finished with a carefully selected fragrance blend that creates its signature scent experience.

Please note: Fragrance blends vary by scent. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Apply to clean, slightly damp skin after bathing to help seal in moisture. Massage gently until absorbed. Reapply whenever your skin needs extra softness, scent, and glow.

Thank you for shopping with BROOKSSKIN. We carefully prepare each order before it leaves our facility. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders require 3 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Standard Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days after processing.

These delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by BROOKSSKIN.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label has been created.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of BROOKSSKIN's control.

During peak periods such as holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, product launches, or major sales, we recommend placing orders early to allow additional delivery time.

BROOKSSKIN is not responsible for carrier-related delays after an order has left our facility, but we will assist customers where reasonably possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact BROOKSSKIN as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

If an order is returned to BROOKSSKIN because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or has stopped moving, please contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

You may also contact BROOKSSKIN, and we will assist with reviewing the available tracking information.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, surrounding property, household members, and neighbors before contacting us.

Claims involving lost, missing, or delivered packages are reviewed individually.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives broken, cracked, chipped, leaking, or otherwise damaged during transit, please do not use the affected product.

Contact BROOKSSKIN within 3 business days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping packaging.

Damaged-order claims will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

International Shipping

BROOKSSKIN may offer international shipping to select destinations.

Weekends & Holidays
