All orders require 3 business days for processing before they are shipped. Once processed, shipping times will depend on the method selected and your location.

We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility. If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates or contact the carrier directly

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total at checkout


Notices:

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, or any of their international shipping partners, it will be canceled and refunded once it is received and processed at our shipping hub.

However, please note that returns due to failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed packages) will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
